1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the use of the AquaSignal platform, a water intelligence SaaS service for French businesses. By creating an account, you unconditionally accept these terms.

2. Service description

AquaSignal provides analyses and alerts based on French public data (Vigieau, Hub'eau, SISPEA, INSEE). The information presented constitutes a decision-support tool and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Access and user account

Access to the platform requires creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. AquaSignal reserves the right to suspend any account in case of misuse.

4. Pricing plans

Starter (€49/month), Pro (€149/month), and Enterprise (custom quote) plans are billed monthly. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, without fees, effective at the end of the current period.

5. Intellectual property

All platform elements (code, design, algorithms, generated reports) are the exclusive property of AquaSignal. Any reproduction or redistribution without authorization is prohibited.

6. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data.

7. Limitation of liability

AquaSignal shall not be held liable for decisions made based on information provided by the platform. Weather, hydrological, and regulatory data come from third-party sources and may contain inaccuracies.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
